STATE SALES TAX EMEMPT: For a season, we were collecting and paying Washington State sales tax on spa services. We are now assured that this service is exempt from state sales tax. (If you were one so charged, we apologize and assure you that Washington State thanks you for contributions prior to 9/7/19.)

Our policy is to charge a deposit fee of 50% for all spa service bookings when they are 3 days out. Cancellations of bookings of less than 72 hours will be obligated to pay this 50% deposit fee. (When spa cancellations are COVID related, we will waive this 50% non-refundable requirement for all spa services.)
Full payment will be made one day before your scheduled arrival and is non-refundable.
