Sacajawea Historical State Park

This 257-acre day-use park is located at the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers. In 1805, the members Lewis and Clark expedition (known as the Corps of Discovery) camped at this spot for two days. They lived among the Native American tribe that inhabited the area before heading out to find the Pacific Ocean. Today, you can hike the trails and enjoy bird-watching at this incredible park.
