Touchet’s bed-and-breakfast gem has been given Four Diamond status by AAA Washington.
#Cameo Heights Mansion Bed & Breakfast and its on-site restaurant, The Vine, have been added to the esteemed list of Four Diamond establishments.
#According to an announcement, AAA inspectors collectively visit 58,000 hotels and restaurants throughout the year to conduct physical on-site evaluations. The almost 80-year rating program is used to distinguish emerging trends and new approaches to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction in the hospitality industry. The system ranges from one to five diamonds.
#Cameo Heights and The Davenport Tower in Spokane were the two lodging establishments added to the Four Diamond list for Washington. The Vine, a chef’s table-style restaurant at Cameo Heights, also earned its first Four Diamond award. It’s the only new restaurant added to the Washington list for 2015.
#Located at 1072 Oasis Road between Walla Walla and the Tri-Cities, Cameo Heights is known for its luxurious, country-inspired ambience and views of 400 acres of vineyards along the Walla Walla River.
#The Vine is recognized for its elegant dining and chef’s table view of the kitchen where chef Nathan Carlson prepares each item on the menu. That typically includes seven seasonal courses and wine pairings from local featured vineyards.
