This dinner, which is available from Tuesday to Saturday, can include a chef-selected wine pairing on four of the courses. Our diners also have the option of ordering a la carte from our menu. Each of the dishes featured is the vision of the incredible Chef Nathan Carlson. He utilizes fresh and local ingredients whenever possible, so you know that each of these seasonal plates reflects our dedication to quality.

Included in our many amazing mansion amenities is our incredible theater room that is available to all of our guests. Simply browse through our DVD collection and pick whichever film you prefer. The first is the Wine Tour With Picnic Lunch package. Enjoy the perfect date with your loved one. The package includes a four-hour wine tour in our luxurious stretch limo and a picnic lunch for two! You can choose which of the over 130 Walla Walla wineries you’d most like to visit. If you need help narrowing down the selection, we’re happy to give our opinion on the best locations. If you’re scratching your head trying to come up with anniversary ideas in Washington State, this might be the solution to your problem!
For the most discerning wine and dining connoisseurs, we have the Elite Experience package. Like the previous deal, it includes a four-hour wine tour in our limo as well as a picnic lunch for two. Added to that is a seven-course tasting menu for two with chef-selected wine pairings at our onsite restaurant and a bottle of Saviah Rose on ice waiting for you in your suite upon your arrival!
Finally, our BYOBW Package is sure to be the highlight of any wine-lovers stay. Included in the special is a 90-minute wine blending experience for two at Northstar Winery. Each guest has the opportunity to create their own unique blend from several of the vineyard’s varietals. You’ll also enjoy a four-hour wine tour in our limousine and a picnic lunch for two.
If you’d prefer to create a customized wine tour, we’re happy to provide the ride! We offer safe and responsible transportation to all of our guests. For two people, it is just $79 per hour, with a three-hour minimum.
